- Conducted a forensic review of operations and financial records for evidence of fraudulent activity at a $12M food importer/manufacturer on behalf of a financial creditor; led the resulting operational and financial restructuring.
- Led technical forensic analysis of operations and financials for a Chicago-based commodity broker through Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceedings.
- Built the financial models underlying a testifying CPA/CFE’s rebuttal expert report in a $1.27 billion shareholder buyout dispute.
- Identified fraudulent activity within a publishing division as Operating Partner for a $9B pension service organization, leading the internal investigation and resolution with the board.
